Ahoy Matey!

Sydney took a brief moment in the midst of the storm to wave.

Sydney and Noah had a great time playing make-believe on this ship. It was on the high seas being pounded by torrential ran. Sydney told first mate Noah to go sit in the back while she steered the ship through the storm. Noah kept yelling from the back "O no, it's raining!" over and over again and Sydney was shouting "Watch out for the waves!". There were a few times we experienced mutiny at sea but it was easily resolved by reminding them to take turns. It was a joy to watch them interact in the storm together.

Marylander Fun

Sydney and Noah spotted a flock of geese on the hill behind the park yesterday morning. It was like two lions on the prowl. They stealthily walked up to the geese so that they could make a grand entrance into their midst.

The geese sensing that something was about to ensue began to
waddle away in a casual manner.

Then the charge began.

It was every goose for himself.

Sydney chased half the flock down one side of the hill and
Noah had the other half not far behind.

Sydney and Noah were laughing and screaming hysterically.
This was so much fun to watch and hear in person.

Sydney after she was exhausted from chasing the geese up and down the hill came
to me, took hold of my leg and expressed her disappointment by saying
"Mommy the geese won't hold still so I can touch them!"

Fun at the Playground

The weather was perfect for a walk to the playground last night after dinner.

It was in the low 80's at 6p.m. with zero humidity. What a difference from the Texas 100's.

We live across the street from the Playground.

Daddy pulled us in our new wagon that Miss Lauren got for us.

Noah has learned to go down the twirly slide all by himself.
