It has been almost 6 years since Granny Crow took our first picture together. For those of you who know my proposal story here is the black VWB that started it all. =)
So much has happened in our 5 years of marriage. Moving 3 times, living in 2 states, having 3 sprouts, being a part of 3 churches and now graduating from the PC. We have had our fill of tears, joy, sanctification and of course romance.
I wanted to take the rest of this post to honor Joshua by writing him a note of encouragement for all of you to read. In hopes that you will catch a small glimpse of the man I have gotten to spend my married life with thus far.

It has been a gift from God to have been given you for my husband. To be the one that gets to follow you as you follow Christ is a true joy and privilege.
How kind of God to have blessed me with a dear friend that is faithful to care for my soul with the gospel. To counsel me and be the voice of reason that I have so often needed in this season. You have been faithful and tireless in your care for the sprouts and I in this season of a grueling schedule of study. You have a passion and a vision for our marriage that adorns the gospel. You are a man that lives out what he believes in and out of our home. You have an insatiable desire to learn about the God you love through books and audio from doctrinally sound and pastorally driven men. And most importantly a desire to live out what you read in scripture. Psalm 112:1 says "Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments!"
You are a man who "greatly delights" in the bible and seeks to apply it to your life and for this I am grateful and continually spurred on to follow your example.
We joke about this often and it makes me smile just saying it that "we would rather be irritated together then alone and at peace." How true that is for us Babe! Thank you for your godly loving leadership these past five years. I eagerly look forward to the years to come walking hand in hand with you.

YAY! Happy Anniversary! I kept thinking that something was happening on June 5th, and couldn't figure out why that date was sticking out to me this year....:) now i remember!
Oh! The infamous Beatle! There it is! Who knew one Volkswagen Beatle and a prophetic slip of the tongue from Amanda would lead to so much happiness! Congratulations guys. You are an inspiration. Love you so much and can NOT wait to see you! I can't believe its almost time! AAAAHHHH!
