Urgent Care

Noah showing you his boo boo.

Noah showing you that he still has his charming smile.

Noah and Sydney were playing together today and it ended with sister using a toy as a weapon. The toy caused a 1 inch gash over Noah's eye brow in which he was in need of stitches. 3 or 4 popsicles and several pieces of candy corn later Noah had calmed down and was on his way to the Urgent Care Center with Daddy and Mommy. He was loved on as soon as we walked in the door. He was immediately escorted to a private room. A red balloon was quickly sought after by the doctor and the nurse brought him 3 Thomas the train stickers. Thanks to modern medicine the doctor was able to use glue and a band aid to put him back together. Noah was very brave while Daddy held him and the doctor and nurse worked on him. He did of course scream " GO AWAY!", "Stop that!" and his new line "Don't do that!". The Nurse was pretty tickled with him and was laughing as she walked out the door. One hour later Noah said goodbye to everyone in the clinic and thanked them profusely for his red balloon and stickers. It was the best experience that we could have possibly had in this situation. We are so grateful that he did not end up needing stitches.
