Welcome to the Rio or it's official name the Washingtonian Center.
There are several restaurants and little shops along the Rio and so it makes for the perfect date night spot to park and walk around hand in hand enjoying the time together.
The Rio has a pond to walk around with ducks and a beautiful fountain.
Ah a familiar name. We both love our Tex Mex food and were blessed to sit down to some chili cheese dip, fajitas and chips and salsa. We sat outside under a full moon by the lake with perfect 70 degree temperature. 2 hours of uninterrupted conversation was a gift and we are so grateful to Paul and Lauren for watching our babies for us.
We then ended the night watching the Cowboys beat the Eagles (Woohoo!) while we enjoyed a plate of sopaipillas. Joshua and I are both very passionate football fans and will cheer
for America's team no matter what part of the country we are in.

Amanda - I knew I had many reasons to love you guys! Truth be known - I have been a HUGE Cowboys fan for 30+ years even though I grew up in this area. I do love the Redskins too though most would say that is not possible to cheer for both. I'm glad you had a great evening!
